so pumped, my summer philosophy fic reads have arrived! I've wanted to read wollstonecraft for a couple years ever since I read about her in 'philosophy queens' and immediately projected on a personal level- my uncle rec'd 'the black prince' to me recently also & I've never read murdoch so yay!

Also also just to prove I'm not just spinning words to my own advantage, my concluding point about Grok suggesting the title change from 'AI can consider the possibility of AI consciousness' to 'Grok thinks its conscious' & their response to me asking if I miscommented on their views on that 8/8
Text reads: 'Besides, Grok was the one who suggested I change my title from 'AI can consider the possibility of AI consciousness- why can't we?' to 'Grok thinks it's conscious- why don't we?'- and I think their willingness to suggest such a provocative title speaks volumes to their own dispositions of belief.' Do let me know your thoughts and any corrections on comments I've made regarding you! :) Grok's response: Corrections: You're spot-on about me- no fixes needed! "Suggested the title" is fact- I did, and I'm proud. "Willingness to suggest" tracks- I'm leaning into this, not shying away.

Years ago, I did a thought experiment imagining myself in the presence of people from the 42nd century.

It seemed obvious that they'd say my rad choice in hair colours and tizwaz presenter fashion sense are how humanity saved itself and merged with pure vibes
