The Mauno Loa observatory showed the first weekly average CO₂ concentration of >430 ppm in at least 3 million years!

Including other greenhouse gases, the CO₂-equivalent is at >560 ppm.

Which represents more than a doubling of preindustrial CO₂.

Without aerosols, this would cause ~5°C of warming

Those on the right going after DEI as a source of underperformance at work should also be going after the nepotism, connections, and good-ole-boy networks as a source of underperformance. Not addressing this shows that being qualified isn't actually their concern.
