It's weird having some friends that I play fighting games with, but they all take it more seriously than me. Like I enjoy it, I want to be decent at my character so I can reasonably play against my friends.

Been playing Where Winds Meet since stream yesterday and enjoying it a lot. There are some issues, but overall I think the game is very good so far

Vaguely excited for Horizon Steel Frontiers. I love the Horizon games, and I love MMOs, and it looks like they are going the Monster Hunter direction which I think is perfect for Horizon. But NCsoft and "designed for mobile" make me worried

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

Finally finished book 1 of @worldsbeyondnumber.bsky.social and god damn. Incredible actual play podcast, couldn't recommend it enough. I think it is the highest stakes/grandest I have ever felt a story at low levels being, and all of the level ups are incredibly impactful story moments.
