There are the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyers which are retelling of fairy tales. Cinder is a retelling of Cinderella for example.

I do get an MRI annually to keep tabs on a cyst/tumor that is brain adjacent.
Unless they are doing a whole body scan, one definitely knows what was studied. My brain MRIs involve head restraints for positioning. Knee MRI did the same.
