a lot of dumb fucking shit is happening in the world, so I'm going to deviate from it all a bit and share this: an artist proof I own (7 out of 20) of the late Storm Thorgerson's famous album cover for Pink Floyd's 1975 record Wish You Were Here; see alt text for details
this is an artist proof of the late Storm Thorgerson's famous album cover for Pink Floyd's 1975 record Wish You Were Here. pictured is a white man with a black wig in a grey three piece suit standing to the side shaking hands with a white man also in a grey piece suit, who is also standing to the side. they are in the middle of the Warner Bros. studio lot (then known as the Burbank Studios lot). the man on the right is on fire, with red/orange flames coming from his hair, arm sleeve, and pants. behind them are white building structures (three on each side) and you see a pair of drain grates at the bottom of the asphalt. this is printed on silkscreen. next up is another Fender Custom Shop model, this one being a 1957 Fender Stratocaster in a color I've wanted for a while - Daphne Blue. this was also the last one I acquired back in 2021.

a bit out of left field here, but next up is a 2007 Steinberger Synapse Transcale. known for their headless guitars in the 80s, this also features a rolling capo affixed to the neck and a zero fret; probably the lightest guitar in my arsenal
