Three of the many Cicadas that I found emerging in my garden tonight. Two Redeye Cicadas and one Green Grocer, within inches of each other.

Photograph showing three cicadas in close proximity to each other, all recently emerged from their underground burrows and molted from their nymph-form exoskeletons. The left two are Redeye Cicadas with bright red eyes, and brown/pink bodies with bright blue marks. The rightmost cicada is a Green Grocer, with slightly darker red eyes, and a bright green body with turquoise marks. It is significantly larger than the other two cicadas. The Redeyes are dangling from their old exoskeletons with their legs, the Green Grocer is dangling from a leaf with its exoskeleton nearby.
