Interests palaeontology, art especially science and paleoart, science, medicine, history, sewing and beading. Most knowledgeable and least likely to engage in arguments about nutrition - what can I say, the pseudoscientific claptrap wears you down.
That will be because your a child who doesn’t give a flying fuck about other people.

Maybe we’re adults who've worked for many years in tough areas with intractable problems and didn’t expect and kind of magic wand fixing things quickly? Oh and are old enough to have seen the way the media reacted to previous Labour governments.

Is it? Or is that just what the media’s paymasters want us to believe?

I can’t believe I’m just down the road but couldn’t come due to a combination of work commitments and not having 500 squiddlies to spare right now 😢.

I was expecting to be deeply uninspired but at least not giving my money to Amazon anymore. But I love it to bits ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️. 3/w

You can still look up words, highlight and add notes. Good choice of books on their unlimited equivalent and you can listen to audiobooks via Bluetooth on the device. Most excitingly with my screaming RSI, they are bringing out a remote control so I can change pages without lifting my arm. 2/n

I just finally had enough of Amazon and got a Kobo and it’s in the UK as well.

I just wasted about 3 minutes of my life and am non the wiser as to why this is AI and not just an algorithm without a robust evidence base. Chickens without chimneys.
November 12, 2025 at 4:16 PM
I did an AI in healthcare course because I wondered if I was missing something. Spoiler - I wasn’t, but can imaging a certain sort of manager wetting themselves with excitement at the thought of not relying on experienced staff.

God the press are disgusting lackeys for their rich owners.
November 12, 2025 at 10:34 AM
Well we might be going at warp speed, but it’s in the wrong direction.

And you for one will welcome your new Reform overlords. But being a middle aged white male you won’t really be bearing the consequences of your principles will you?
November 11, 2025 at 5:09 PM
In local government there’s actual consequences if you screw up, so they’re likely to do hugely worse in central government where there are none.
November 11, 2025 at 4:58 PM
I’m assuming you actually care about getting the best outcomes for children and not just doing the thing people scream loudest for?
November 11, 2025 at 4:57 PM
Which is entirely my point. They should have stuck to their guns and used the money in an evidence based way to produce the best outcomes for children not pandering to the left who’d just go onto “we now want you to single handedly solve the Middle East or we’re not voting for you”.
November 11, 2025 at 4:55 PM
Honestly I think they do more than some of the point scorey who gets on the left. So many of them have said to me they’d rather get Reform in than vote against their “principles”.
November 11, 2025 at 12:15 PM
Thankfully some brave souls just took them down here. But we only have reform at a county level.

Nice to see the Guardian finally getting round to reporting on what we've been saying long term, particularly since the riots. Can we have our country back now please.
November 11, 2025 at 8:16 AM
They’re supposed to be in power to make people’s lives better not chase after the whining left who will just set up another purity test. I’m pretty sure the money could have been used in a better way to benefit poor children.

We're going to be pulling AI shrapnel out of the weakly twitching carcass of the British state for decades aren't we?
