Note: This was a hard one to make because the scene with Quint being eaten is shot so tightly the angle doesn't align well with Trump's posture.

Star Trek is full of such strong female characters you have to be blind (or an idiot) to ignore them. Three of my personal faves (outside the more obvious examples): Kira Nerys, Rachel Garrett, and Ro Laren.

Let me start with the obvious: Gene Roddenberry's wife, Majel Barrett, was at the core of Star Trek for decades. She acted in the show, became a guiding hand after her husband passed away, and will live on as the computer voice of Starfleet vessels.

I've been testing out kipclip by @tijs.org, an atproto bookmarking app, the last few days and it's very good. So much promise here. It's already on my main screen simply because the iOS web app icon is quite adorable. Just look at that little face!
