Some people laugh at the ostentation of lighting up your house at Christmas. Don't. This family in Minehead for example do so every year - and this house not only delights the children it raises thousands for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance. It's wonderful.

A further scandal is the inclusion of international students in the immigration figures, purely for political purposes, in order to stoke up outrage and upset the rabid right.
Last 5 years saw this longterm marketisation of higher education put onto steroids ofc.
Like literally everything else, the Tories utterly vandalised our prized university sector, & relied on migrants both to save their skins & take the blame.
