Currently at the Tucson No Kings, a lot of people here despite it being 105 degrees Fahrenheit! Tucson is an amazing city.

Yesterday, I completed The Last of Us Part II video game. And coincidentally, that was the day season 2, of The Last of Us show, aired its season finale. Overall, I have mixed feelings on the game. When I first finished the game; I did not like it. Additional posts to follow

I saw this ad on Facebook today. This is truly appalling by Steak N’ Shake and will do nothing, but lose (even more) customers. I guess appealing to the “anti-woke” RFK Jr. and Tesla superfans is more important. Steak N’ Shake’s social media is now just another right-wing page.

It's critical for everyone to remember what an Executive Order is. It is the President communicating orders to members of the executive branch. Policies to pursue, actions to take, etc. They are not laws. They are not close to being laws. They are formalized memos to employees. That's all.

In line for @sanders.senate.gov, @aoc.bsky.social and @repcasar.bsky.social’s rally in Tucson. Line stretches from the entrance of Catalina High School to the west, north and east side of the school. And of course, Bernie Sanders drives by me while I’m texting on my phone.

Last month, I visited, and toured, the site of a battle during the U.S. Civil War. During this time, Southern Arizona was controlled by the CSA.
The April 1862 Battle of Pichacho Pass, northwest of Tucson, was the farthest west with casualties in the U.S. Civil War. The CSA, which had established a capital in Tucson, won, but within the year the Union would drive them out of the territorial West. (Pics from @bobbycook1.bsky.social)
