I think one of the real bad things about how long I took to get back up and running with this is that my baselines have changed a fair bit - I even get a small amount of self lubrication now, which I didn't before! This is good for me, but bad for the experiment!

Tbh, my main takeaway from what I've done is that pygeum is really good, lecithin seems to do smth and zinc is maybe good for other people if you have a zinc deficiency? But then I haven't tried zinc in combination, so maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised
