^^^^ People are complaining about corporate greed, not about fair wages

Satisfactory took over my life for a week so I had to stop cold turkey
Once the novel aspect wears off, I'll try playing again and see if I can regulate

This popped into my head and I had to make it

Analyzing what about them? Your mileage will vary greatly depending on what features you're trying to extract

Made without coffee version versus made with Adderall version type shit

I'd like to add a Luau coding proficiency evaluation to this in the future.

> Over 2.4k employees
> Couldn't possibly have engineers working on different products simultaneously, clearly everyone dropped everything for AI

This work would have wasted over an hour of my time, and now it took 2 minutes to generate plus another 10 to check the work.

Anyone still doing grunt work is wasting their time. LLMs are absolutely good enough to do the grunt work (at least in popular languages like JS and Python).

I still don't ever use AI to write things from scratch. I do all the real work, and use LLMs to do the annoying typing work.
I love the thinking side of my job, I just don't enjoy typing thousands of lines of neatly commented and structured code.

I wheezed when you swiped and it flew off the top of the screen 😂

The funniest part of this project was trying to convince models to output reasoning that links the prompt to the existing code from the original dataset. My solution is to gaslight them and tell the model that it already wrote it but it needs to be rewritten.

This will take about a week to run on my single 7900XTX, but hey- it'll be cheaper than paying for cloud compute.

I use Claude to write SQL and it's good at that. I find it's also not terrible at basic Python

The real key is to never ask an LLM to come up with a solution, just to write one that you've described in detail

Feel free to add your own examples of the scifi tech in your life below :)

Also this morning a little robot vacuumed my entire apartment using lidar and computer vision, entirely autonomous and automatically. It does this daily and I don't even think of it as impressive anymore

I just posted this from the supercomputer in my pocket by speaking to it and having a machine transcribe it for me in real time like a secretary. Then I shared it with the entire human race through a global network of cables at near lightspeed
