Bees turned our blue aster into a bunk bed.

We are slowly putting more native plants into various places in our yard. One spot is between our deck and the path to the hose spigot, which is currently a tangle of goldenrod (which we planted) and small white asters (which we didn't) and a hotspot for our pollinator friends. So peaceful to watch.

This is what the altar at my church looks like (hangings change by liturgical season but during June we have a rainbow unless some other holiday supercedes)

There are these great spiderwort clumps at church, so purple that my phone camera almost doesn't know what to do with them.
A clump of spiderwort (Tradescantia virginiana) with long green stems and leaves and vibrant purple flowers. The flowers have three petals and six yellow anthers in the center.

Orioles Park is a true gem of a baseball stadium and also I love how it fully leans into being in Baltimore/Maryland.
