Why America isn’t a serious world leader…

People in power thought swapping out @petebuttigieg.bsky.social for this wetblanket mtv has-been was a “smart play”.

No one is taking away his car or ability to drive into NYC.
Subways need funding hence the congestion tax.

Beauty still exists in this world.
The Lilac-breasted Roller is always dressed for spring. This bird mates for life, with courtship rituals that include swooping, diving, and rolling through the air. Lilac-breasted Rollers are so at home in the sky that they also breed in flight!

Please explain how this man can openly and enthusiastically support Nazi ideology and continues to be praised by the same administration that detained a Columbia student, and threatens universities under the guise of anti-Semitism.

MAGA = hypocrisy

This is what whitewashing is. This is what wearing history is.

Unless you move all stories about any prominent figures, you’re racist.
Arlington National Cemetery has scrubbed information about prominent Black, Hispanic and female service members and topics such as the Civil War from its website, part of an effort across the Defense Department to remove all references to diversity, equity and inclusion from its online presence.

At what point do we see radical change that benefits the people? Been waiting. And waiting.
The anger Democrats are getting in this moment is a product of them, magically, always being just a few votes short.

When Dems controlled the House, Senate, and White House: “we don’t have the votes!”

When they hold the political leverage over the GOP: “we can’t do anything!”

I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable.

Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.

Virtually every swing district House Dem walked the plank to vote NO for a reason.

How are folks not revolting to this madness. I’m truly confused at this point.

Oh and I thought Elon was NOT responsible for the firings. The flip flopping talent is greater than Queen Simone Biles on a mat. #lies
HARF: What do you say to people who work for the VA who can't man the suicide hotline now bc they've been fired?

JOHNSON: Look, in Elon's defense, there's no playbook for what he's doing. So as he acknowledged, there are gonna be some mishaps & mistakes. But we will do course correction immediately

Under Biden… ‘23, ‘24 real GDP growth exceeded expectations

Inflation was tamed without a recession

A record 16.6 million jobs created

A record 21 million new business applications

Lowest avg unemployment of any admin in > 50 years…

But, you be you, Mike…

Take it from someone who was there on 9-11 and downtown for years after, this is horrific. It took forever for first responders and those who live downtown to get any aid and if someone claims to love America and Americans, why would you do this? I’m being quite rhetorical because we know the way.
A coalition of congressional Republicans from the New York area rebuked President Trump for cuts to a federal program that administers aid to emergency workers and others suffering from toxins related to the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

I mean…this is how it feels right now. The false outrage & attacks on DEI are distracting from what is happening with Elon and his baby cronies. Ask yourself, why are his people young men, many from privilege, with little to no experience in federal and gov’t matters. Is it bc they don’t say “no”?
