POTUS doesn't have the constitutional authority to unilaterally a private citizen to enter any Department and interfere with operations or data. The appointments clause requires senate confirmation of any official role in Executive Branch. The judge isn't unconstitutional, Donald Trump and Elon are.

That Trump is allowed to deny the reality we saw with our eyes on Jan 6th, that is on tape!, & just ramble on with lie after lie, is a total indictment of our failed media industry. How reporters can just stand there as he says this stuff is beyond me. Have some self respect!
