This monstrous June 23 decision is even harder to comprehend than disastrous — but still understandable — rulings like the Dobbs decision overruling Roe v. Wade or the decision creating permanent nearly absolute presidential immunity from criminal prosecution

161. The Court's Disastrous Ruling in the Third-Country Removal Case
The majority did not just greenlight an especially odious immigration policy without any explanation; it did so in a case in which the government defied the district court—twice—with no consequence.

We are posting this placard at all of our offices and asking our union contract farms to post as well.

We encourage our friends to put up similar placards at their business as immigration agents do not have the right to go on private property without permission.

Very much so. The Iran talks have stalled, but not failed yet. If they do fail, I think Israel would bomb Iran almost immediately. Likely with our help.

Impeachment isn’t happening unless Musk has a WHOLE lot more power than I think he does.

I’m slightly more bullish on the budget failing - or at least being changed to not be a complete goatfuck.

It sounds like bullshit, especially in light of the resignation when the charges were announced.

I seriously doubt it. The healthcare for profit system is too lucrative for a lot of folks.

No way I could answer that all in limited space, but a good start would be reimplementing the Obama nuclear deal framework with Iran.

Then getting sane leadership in Israel, followed by implementing a true, lasting two state solution.

Not a bit of that is likely to happen, though.

Because people are whiny fucking crybabies who treat voting like a marriage proposal instead of a roadmap to a better future, so they can’t be bothered to get off their couch to vote for a clearly better candidate because she wasn’t the ‘perfect’ candidate.

He could admit that they somehow altered election results or that Butler was staged.

To be clear, I don’t think it’s *possible* to materially alter election results, and I have no evidence that Butler was staged.

It’s fucking insane. With HHS, IRS, and Social Security data, a competent intelligence agency (or AI) could create a hyper accurate profile on you. They could predict your daily routine down to a frightening level.

I don’t know what’s next, but nothing good.

I’m hopeful that it will be removed by the Parliamentarian before the Senate votes on the bill. Barring that, I think it’s pretty clearly unconstitutional, especially for it to be retroactive.

I would expect a whole bunch of legal battles, but obviously nobody knows how SCOTUS would rule there.

The fact remains that both Trump & Musk have committed treason & enabled each other's treason, & we need to be rid of both of them & Vance & Johnson.
