I appreciate it's not quite 7am and I have been up since 4am, but I don't understand why some people cannot understand "all the internal doors are open, please walk through" and insist on getting off, walking all the way down the platform and then getting back on.

I actually got to run d&d the other day for my "Sunday" group (even though we played on Thursday) and were just getting into the swing of things when we had to pack up for the day.
We won't play again until November at the earliest because of other commitments, which is, quite frankly, a bit shit.

It is LARP prep time.
I hate LARP prep time, because nothing is ever where it should be, and because I'm an idiot who decided to completely reorganise their office/craft space yesterday, I can't get to my computer.

Just had a nice 15 minutes sitting in the sun on my front doorstep, fussing one of the neighbourhood cats and enjoying being properly warm for the first time in a while (sun warm is entirely different to bundled up warm)

I'm going to be running some players through @soulmuppet.co.uk Stygian library starting tomorrow, and I've just realised that I've effectively set up a group of PhD students going to do their final burst of research.

The weekend LARP was excellent, going straight from site to an 8 hour shift less so.
I spent pretty much all of yesterday asleep (thank fuck for annual leave) and today I'm mostly floating round the house failing to do anything useful until I go to work at 1900.
Today is a short shift at least.
