Justice died this past July when the Supreme Court crowned Trump king. But even though we knew today would come, it still hurts. Let’s try to be a little kinder to one another.

Today, November 25th 2024 is the day we officially learned that justice in America, in fact, does NOT matter. #sad
The moral of the story, kids: It’s fine to try to stop the peaceful transfer of power and incite a mob to storm the Capitol and do all you can to overturn an election as long as you run again and win 🇺🇸

What are some accessible Infosec & Opsec resources that activists, journalists, and organizers can turn to in preparation for the Trump admin?

Preparing for a fascist regime can feel scary and paralyzing. This seems like an area where people can take control w/ concrete steps.

I think western leaders seriously underestimate the sacrifices western populations are willing to make to support Ukraine. Many I speak with in Sweden state they even feel like some sacrifice to absorb part of the emotional burden.

NYPost continues conflating academic research on disinformation with “government censorship.” (It also bears repeating that government activity on disinformation =/= censorship)

That this continues to be a drumbeat for conservative media and the Trump transition is extremely concerning.

It appears that last year China may have seen destroying undersea structures as a case of credit, not blame.
Note that cables have been protected for a wee bit of time: Since the 1884 International Convention for Protection of Submarine Cables Provisions. Yes *18*84.

I would like to speak up today for the trans community.

You see, I know a bit of what it’s like to be politically scapegoated. When Japan attacked Pearl Harbor in 1941, suddenly anyone in America who had any amount of Japanese ancestry became suspect. Politicians preyed upon ignorance and fear. /1
