If Charlie Kirk had kept his political views and had never discriminated against gender and racial minorities, such as calling gay people “an error” or going out of his way to state he doesn’t feel safe on plane because the pilot is Black… then I might feel some sadness right now.

If states are going to drop the vaccine requirements for kids to go to school, then states should equally be open to the liability. There are some kids who may not be able to get a vaccine, even if they wanted one. Having everyone vaccinated protects them. If a kid dies, state should be liable.
