"Duty to Warn" speaks to MH professionals, I get that. What about a doc's duty to warn if a patient is incapable of making sound decisions (due to cognitive/physical decline) in matters involving people who could/will be harmed by such decisions? Like an entire nation & a demented POTUS.

Re: gerrymandering.
We have the computers to assist with such a process (not GROK), I propose that all districts are rejiggered with a 45/45/10% split on every district.
This would force ideas over party partisanship.
No more of the endless partisan shenanigans of gerrymandering.
