Do you have a skateboarding blog? Tell me!
This what you get when you have the worst person in the country in charge of the country, and a law enforcement agency hiring tons of the unqualified, uneducated, ignorant, violent thugs as agents.

Anyone who supports what the Trump administration has done to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting it's just a fundamentally ignorant and bad person.

New in PN: Corporation for Public Broadcasting's patriotic goodbye

"We’re in thrall to a con man who denigrates the very idea of truth and uses media only to distract and divide. And so the CPB board members broke their plowshares lest they be beaten into swords by a deranged demagogue."

Better nothing than a MAGA mouthpiece.

Young people going through a period of figuring out who they really are deserve the support and love of the adults in their lives. Any adult who doesn't support that young person is an absolute asshole. This realization has changed my view of some people today. It is jarring. Upsetting.

Every week brings a new story that vindicates my decision to hold on to all my physical media including a nice cookbook collection amassed over 30 years. It's discovering new recipes that is now in question thanks to the AI BS.
NEW: AI “recipe slop” is overrunning search and social. Food creators say Google’s AI Overviews and glossy fake food pics are drowning out real, tested recipes — collapsing traffic and setting home cooks up for disaster, especially this Thanksgiving.

This has nothing to do with skateboarding, but there seems to be no interest in skateboarding here so I'm going to talk about one of my other areas of interest. Independent websites, linking, and killing the big social media silos. blog.jim-nielsen.com/2024/the-sub...
