How can ANYONE trust America again? Even if the next president manages to negotiate fair and sane deals, history has proven that the very next one can undo everything on a whim. I mean peace deals, trade deals, whatever.

If I can be allowed to by cynical, the next PM (possibly next two) will be a white guy. The membership will want to be progressive but will end up being realists (or so they tell themselves). They will point to the defeat of Kamala as an excuse to not vote in a woman or a PoC.
