Considering how insurance companies weasel their way out of doing what they're supposed to do by exploiting loopholes to "delay, deny, and depose", then it's only fitting that Luigi beats the case through the same tactics. It would be karmic justice.

I wasn't just wondering about ppl with minds already made up, but frankly anyone who'd been close to a person who passed due to or while trying to wrangle insurance.

Difficult to find a jury at this point in the US without some murder in their heart over how a loved one's life ended.

The judge “will consider the other statements” cited in Mangione’s defense filing when she decides whether to take the death penalty off the table.

More violations could spark "sanctions," she said.

This DOJ official's post, reposted by another DOJ official, is one of the alleged violations.

The judge ordered the government to provide a sworn declaration about how the alleged violations occurred and "what steps are being taken" so that no future violations occur.

I don't understand why the administration keeps saying that other countries pay our tariffs. This is simply not true even in the most optimistic scenario (e.g., a US importer negotiates something with their foreign partner). If the policy is good, why lie about it?

LESS TALK, MORE DOING
Dems. Wanna get your polling out of the gutter? Stop talking about redrawing house maps in blue states and do it. Go big. Don't match them seat for seat. Blow them out of the water. Then endorse Mamdani. You're welcome.
