Considering how insurance companies weasel their way out of doing what they're supposed to do by exploiting loopholes to "delay, deny, and depose", then it's only fitting that Luigi beats the case through the same tactics. It would be karmic justice.

I wasn't just wondering about ppl with minds already made up, but frankly anyone who'd been close to a person who passed due to or while trying to wrangle insurance.

Difficult to find a jury at this point in the US without some murder in their heart over how a loved one's life ended.

The judge ordered the government to provide a sworn declaration about how the alleged violations occurred and "what steps are being taken" so that no future violations occur.
