FIFA gave Trump a peace prize for non-participation. Finally, a trophy for sitting out — his true sport.

Trump promised to end the Ukraine war in 24 hours. Now Secretary of State Rubio says if they can’t get a resolution in a few days, they’ll just quit. Impressive plan: solve a global crisis faster than a weekend getaway—or walk away. Real steady hands at the wheel.

Elon, I'm gonna need you to provide 5 things you accomplished this week.

Looks like a lot of wasteful government spending.

The way I read the Perkins Coie Executive Order, maybe I’m wrong, but can’t the firm just change its name?

Is it a good sign when world leaders hold emergency summits just to address your head of state’s overconfident, uninformed, pro-Russian, and demonstrably deadly unilateral decisions?

This is now the most embarrassing thing JD has done on a couch
ZELENSKYY: Putin broke the ceasefire. What kind of diplomacy, JD, are you speaking about?

VANCE: I think it's disrespectful to come into the Oval Office and try to litigate this in front of the American media

Tesla stock is tanking, its CEO is cozying up in government offices, and shareholders are left holding the bag. Can’t wait for the derivative suit…

A Democratic-aligned group should track federal employees terminated for political reasons so a (potential?) future Democratic administration can rehire them. Republicans had Project 2025, which included a database of potential hires for a future GOP administration, so there is precedent.

Ummm . . . Elon right now about his dumbass justify your job email.

Elon should have cut the military fly over above a dome stadium. That’s government waste.

Defund SpaceX. It should survive on its own.

Someone should sue Elon personally. He might try hiding behind qualified immunity, but he’s all but admitted he knows it’s illegal. Civil suits are the way to bury him. Shareholders should also demand details on his work. A coup for a coup, if you will.

So Trump saw LIV—a league watched by about five people—and thought, “You know what America needs? A sovereign wealth fund.” We need an army of nonprofit progressive pro bono law firms on standby to sue and block this and every other EO King Tangerine and his Clementines scribble down.

The brief is asking #SCOTUS to do something it could do only if a majority believes that the statute is unconstitutional—a point on which the brief … takes no position.

That’s not just silly; it’s literally lawless. The brief cites no authority for how the Court could do that—because none exists.
Trump’s TikTok brief just fundamentally doesn’t make sense: How could SCOTUS freeze the Jan. 19 deadline on the grounds that Trump might … unlawfully suspend it when he gets into office? Rewrite the law now so Trump can break it later? The ask here is incoherent. www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/24...
