Seems like CA is taxed to much by Fed.Gov., esp. if the programs will no longer support areas like CA.

It is a utter failure and Russia is weak now, the war and Putin increasingly unpopular and an infusion of freed by Trump-money would be disastrous for Ukraine who's winning. As soon as winter eases up, Russia can be defeated, it's close!
