Law enforcement raids on the wrong home are alarmingly frequent and destructive. An effective legal remedy is essential for their victims. We're proud to back @ij.org as they take their case to #SCOTUS.

In 1969, the Free Breakfast for School Children Program was begun in Oakland by the Black Panther Party. They would cook and serve food to the poor inner city youth of the area. By the end of the year, they were feeding over 10,000 children every day across the country.

President Biden has pardoned Marcus Garvey. While MAGA tries to gaslight you that the legal system is somehow rigged against a rich white guy living in a golf resort, remember the real victims of the justice system have always been the poor, the vulnerable, people of color, and their leaders.

Some need an explanation. How about add….the Black people he would not rent housing to, and the Black casino workers that were hidden from him when he came to the casino…… It’s all documented if folks want to know….
Any Black person who performs at Trump’s inauguration dishonors:

• The Black families he refused to rent to,

• The Black kids he targeted in the Central Park case,

• The Black president he lied about,

• The Black election workers he targeted, and

• The Black Haitian immigrants he lied about.
