Please, if you are able, support Independent bookshops.

They are the literary & social hubs of our high streets and communities.

Without their continued support, we simply wouldn't be around to publish .

Thank you.

Folks on here just posting thoughts and shit they like without catering to an algorithm or ragebait is insanely refreshing. Just for the love of the game

With the release of Gladiator II, if you or anyone you know wants to learn more about it without flying to Rome, a touring exhibition on the Gladiators of Britain starts in Jan at Dorset Museum, featuring the only piece of Gladiator armour to be found in the UK!

I can’t think of a single dystopian novel or movie that imagined our government filled not with aliens but ignorant conspiracy theorists, Russian assets, sex criminals and grifters.

Favorite one I can always recall reading was Halo:The Fall of Reach by Eric Nylund. I found it as a really old paperback and I've probably broken the spine twice with the amount of re-reads I did on it. I still have it to this day.

Back when I first read Neuromancer and the various Shadowrun novels I never imagined a day when I’d look back on them and say “Who boy… they were way too optimistic.”
But here we are.
