Hey, this is a really nice feature for accessibility reasons too. Turn-based is more user friendly for players with low mobility and reduces cognitive load. I hope you all try it and offer feedback to the developers.

The GDC 2025 report is very interesting and has several pages dedicated to accessibility with statements from renowned industry figures as well as an article on accessibility in South Korea. Once again, accessibility knows no borders.
