Firefox and the XBox app were suddenly slow to the point of being unusable. Like we're talking dial-up 28k on a 386 slow.
So I used my Geek Uninstaller app, (a fucking GODSEND for killing bloatware), and checked my installed apps. Edge had reinstalled itself. Force removed it again. Guess what? 1/3
