I thought men were the ones with the most audacity… turns out I was wrong and it’s actually Golden Retrievers that have the most audacity. IYKYK.

So, we just don’t sleep huh looool

Things I’ve done this week while parenting a newborn.. washed a whole diaper, forgot to hook the diaper (on the baby), wore my sports bra backwards for a day and, lost my sunglasses (they were on my head). I’m tired y’all.

I love that my 80 something year old neighbors drink coffee until noon and start drinking wine at 4pm and have an open door policy for whatever drink you need.

My husband asked me today.. is this what they mean by “in the trenches” - parenthood is fun and exciting but also hard. Especially when mom is sick and the water heater decides to go out 🫠🫠🫠

It’s showtime! (I’m trying this again, what did I miss?)

I’m so thankful that John and I got some quality time at home this weekend. We actually snuggled on the couch & caught up on LIB, took a quick break to the farmers market with the baby dog, and then back to being lazy. I needed this more than I knew. ❤️

I’m so thankful for J. A lot of the time I don’t feel like I deserve him. I can’t wait to be his wife. I’ll love him always, forever.

Indy is quickly going from puppy to grumpy.

I’ve started having nightmares again so I have to start back my nightmare meds and I really feel defeated. After like a year and half with no bad dreams they are coming back worse than ever.
