The fact that everything around us is burning to the ground & some people still have no clue that they voted for the arsonist or are complicit in the arson is absolutely mind boggling.

People are ok with it so long as the black woman isn’t their President 🤯.

America, we have a problem!

I can’t see how this position helps the U.S. government when it comes to the need for a preliminary injunction. One of the factors is “irreparable harm”. If the government’s own claim is that it has no recourse once people are in El Salvador, even by mistake, it’s conceding that factor
It sure looks like they’re going all in on the “the executive branch can ignore court orders if it thinks the court lacks jurisdiction” thing

Congress? Any answers?

I'm no lawyer, but it seems like discussing war plans in Signal outside a SCIF is maybe just a little bit worse than using a private server to send emails that weren't even marked as classified. But what do I know.

The next phase of our walk to autocracy is that they will go after the courts, deny their legitimacy, attack judges personally, and openly defy and ignore court orders.

Let’s face it, Schumer has been terrible even before this. It is time for new leadership. He isn’t the person for this moment in history, and the longer he clings to power the worse off we all are.

Elon Musk's DOGE has deleted hundreds of items from the public accounting of its cuts — shrinking the savings it has claimed to provide by nearly half.

Contracting experts say these mistakes raise questions about DOGE's basic understanding of the federal government.

We have spent trillions to posture against Russia over the years.

Now we have a chance to send them into the ash heap of history by supporting Ukraine.

It’s a good deal, unless you want Russia to win, in which case god help you

If “waste, fraud and abuse” are actually being uncovered, could we see a couple examples that can be investigated and confirmed by an independent 3rd party?

Because I believe
