I have successfully disassembled the bag and removed all the peeling pleather to the garbage, where it belongs. Now for a coffee & biscuit break, with a mulling over of potential designs. I'm thinking knitting project bag.

I have a purse I love the pattern of, but the pleather has been slowly disintegrating over the years. I replaced the handles but the trim is going now.
