What a horrible story. I feel terrible for Thao Tran. It should be safe to walk your dog on the street. It should be safe to be on the street and be a person.

I couldn't agree with you more. So many times I've felt threatened by careless and aggressive drivers just trying to walk my dog. It shouldn't be that way.
