I am surprised that I haven't seen any posts on here about getting rid of the electoral college system. I mean, it has become abundantly clear that Republicans don't give a flying fuck about the constitution anymore soooooo.....
I never see this really emphasized in news about Senate votes so - reminder that the 45 Democratic senate seats represent something like 54% of the population.

Happy to report that the cookies were a huge hit at the hobby shop today so I guess it was worth all the hubbub. (Also, I had an excuse to use the Hello Kitty autumn-themed plate I got for $2 at a bin store in Richmond a few weeks ago, lol.)
I baked some chocolate chip cookies to take to the hobby shop and now I'm cooking some pasta for lunch......but I guess I spilled something on the stove and it caught on fire and now it's all smokey in here.

Yesterday was wild. I was on the Discord for the hobby shop & this lady said she just moved here & had Pokémon cards so I drove out to Madison County and hung with her and her 3 huge dogs and sorted Pokémon cards. We yapped & trauma dumped like we weren't even strangers.
