Most of Derik Queen’s minutes came in the fourth quarter and he finished with a stat-line of 12 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists, and 4 steals while shooting 5-for-7 from the floor in a total of 18 minutes of play.

IMO. What makes the most sense given this roster makeup is giving the keys to Fears and Queen NOW. You have Herb , Trey, and Saddiq on the wings. Jose, Poole, Karlo, Looney as your bench rotation. See what you can get for Zion, Hawk, and Missi on the trade market.

I’m fine with my owner not giving a shit, just hire good basketball people to do the job and not your golfing buddies. Pels and Saints are just running a good ole boys club.
What's funny is that their whole goal was to never really think about the Pelicans again by handing it off to Dumars. Dumars was supposed to handle the issues and keep them interestingly competitive. It's been a historically bad 5 month stretch since Dumars was hired.

They made the decision to hire their close friend Joe Dumars without a formal process and have made every important yet catastrophic choice

Whenever I watch the Pelicans I can’t help but think about how they don’t have a first round pick next year… after having a chance at two top end picks.

Green still does not have the locker and the Pelicans patience is wearing thin. Players are checked out and management sees it.
