Well I just had a colonoscopy at my VA Medical Center. My first one. The procedure had its problems. Equipment malfunctions which I blame on the regime. But the colonoscopy itself was successful.

Authorities have identified three hikers found dead on Mount Baldy following a winter storm. Juan Sarat Lopez, Bayron Pedro Ramos Garcia, and Marcus Muench Casanova were recovered this week. The Forest Service is evaluating ways to improve safety for visitors in the weeks ahead.
