I don't know how the sequel is gonna top it. But if early reactions are anything to go by, I know I'm in for something special. I'll find out tomorrow.

A new poster for Sony Pictures Animation's GOAT and it's also been announced that a new trailer will drop this week. Just in time for the release of Zootopia 2. No better way to promote an upcoming animated feature with anthropomorphic animal characters than with another one that'll already be out.

Forget Wish.

Forget Frozen 2.

Let's all take today to celebrate these beloved masterpieces, especially Toy Story since it's celebrating its 30th anniversary today.

Solid numbers. But with the marketing really starting to kick into high gear and tickets expected to go on sale Monday (October 27), I guarantee these numbers will go up.

It's honestly kind of a shame that we didn't get Laika's upcoming film Wildwood this year. I think it really could've shook up the race for Animated Feature and been the frontrunner. Thankfully, we're officially getting it next year since the film is in the final stages of production. Can't wait!

Nobody knows these characters better than him.

I have always said that I wish the MCU had ended after Avengers: Endgame. This film is one reason why I'm glad it didn't

I'm honestly glad the Zootopia 2 poster kinda mirrors the one of the first film. I thought they would make one with all the characters (at least the important ones) squeezing in all together like the Inside Out 2 poster.

We'll most likely never see a cinematic event like this again. Although, I'm sure there will be another big blockbuster event franchise someday. But even at that, there won't be another movie event quite like this one. It's something that will be cherished and remembered for many years.

and the 1990s setting certainly brings the nostalgia, much of this film feels like filler to get to the main event. Not a bad film by any stretch of the imagination, but it doesn't really do much to stand out among the MCU's best.

20.) Ant-Man and the Wasp

Maybe not quite as fresh as the first one and Hank Pym can come off as quite a jerk in some parts, but it's a rocking good time. Great action, dazzling visuals, some genuine heartfelt moments and solid character development. The mid-credits scene… WOW!!!

Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about this one. It truly is one of the greatest superhero films ever made and a brilliant piece of cinema. I'm amazed that with the number of characters and stuff going on, it still manages to work so well. What an incredible achievement!

One more thing. I wonder what the MCU would look like today if Chadwick Boseman was still living. Guarantee you T'Challa would definitely be the new face of the franchise as whole. It really is sad that he's gone, but he will always be forever in our hearts.

Oh, and that mid-credits scene… WOAH!!! We're almost there!

Aside from a forced romance and some of the supporting characters being kinda one-dimensional, this still works as both a Spider-Man film and an MCU film. I had a great time rewatching it and I think it's definitely one of the web-slinger's best films.

Nevertheless, this still a great follow-up. I also want to mention that it has yet another stellar soundtrack with the arrow scene playing Come A Little Bit Closer in the background being the stand out. Overall, another fun round with the guardians!

Maybe it's because I feel like the character hasn't fully lived up to his potential in some of the later films (particularly Multiverse of Madness, which I'm not gonna review on this thread) why I liked it a little less. But it's still a lot of fun.

This is not only one of the best MCU films, but also one of the greatest superhero films of all time. It even stands alongside The Dark Knight in terms of having the best storytelling in any comic book film. The stakes have never been higher for what's to come eventually.

some genuinely heartfelt moments and even a couple of surprises here and there.

I would've loved to have seen Edgar Wright's version. Had Disney and Marvel let him do his thing, we could've had a top tier MCU film with this. That aside, it's still a fun film and a solid ending to Phase 2.

I just wish the length was a little longer as some important aspects feel a little rushed and there are a couple of moments that feel like setups for further MCU films as filler. But I still had a blast revisiting this nonetheless.
