For me, the barrier to ANYTHING is just inertia, so if I want to do something, I lower the bar until it feels silly not to do it. Run 1 min. Do 1 dish. Clean for 3 mins. Write 1 sentence. Practice for 3 mins.

I love their series of chats where he tries to get her to stop people pleasing. I think people who have never been people pleasers really don't get the amount of personality switching and suppression you do.
