Just caught this guy's American College of Physicians talk on vaccinations. The data seem pretty clear: vaccines work and our patients need them.

3) Purge your sink faucet with hot water prior to starting dishwasher.

Honestly, I'm surprised it doesn't happen much much more. Some day, the propaganda of the rich will fall and second amendment fans will realize the rich are not their friends and are not on their side. And then the rich will yearn for just pitchforks and torches.
