In light of the IG firings, shouldn't Democrats
1. Use every procedural device to tie up the Senate (I'm no expert on this, but demand roll call votes at every routine step of business, etc.).
2. Shame (to the extent possible!?) pro-IG, pro-oversight, institutionalist Republicans to join them.
