EMDR is definitely discombobulating but I found it very effective. Take good care of yourself Willy, thanks for the reminder that it’s time for me to go back for more therapy and dig deeper again.

This is brutal. Why wouldn’t they want to encourage reading just for the sake of reading???!!! That’s infuriating. Know what turns kids off reading? Telling them what they HAVE to read. Ugh.

This is me. I once tried to switch from vyvanse to something else for meds, I literally couldn’t keep my eyes open. The pharmacist looked at me like I was crazy.
