This may explain why there’s an aggressive response to people who merely post Kirk’s own words. It threatens the existence of the alternate Kirk - the motivational speaker that had been marketed to young kids and white Christian groups through selective quotation & clips.

I continue to feel separated in every meaningful way from people who think this is okay. I’m not sure being their neighbor or their fellow citizen is an achievable or desirable goal.

Here’s the thing, @thedailyshow.com: if you do ethnic jokes at a roast, you may just be a comic, but if you do ethnic jokes at a Klan rally, you’re definitely a Klansman.
Stewart's defense seems to be that Hinchcliffe is a roast comic and Stewart likes him, therefore, the mistake was on the part of the GOP to have him there and not that... Hinchcliffe went to a Nazi-adjacent rally and made jokes about Blacks, Jews and Puerto Ricans to a welcoming crowd. Huh.

MLB (mlbshop) has to be the most incompetent customer service ever. They messed up an order. Said they would fix. Didn't follow through and now after hold of 5 minutes they hung up on me as they 'researched' the problem.
