This is blatant defiance of the court order. It was NOT too late. When the judge issued is order, two planes were in the air, and a third took off from Texas AFTER the order.

As you know, I've been in communication with hundreds of federal workers & I've noticed a pattern. This is totally anecdotal, but I feel like I need to say something. For at least 5 agencies, the payment systems went offline briefly & were then restored - all around the time DOGE was there. 1/

In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.
