While these states have laws against discrimination, those laws are useless if they are not enforced, and it appears state AGs have completely abandoned transgender people even in blue states while institutions capitulate to Trump.

Private entities overcomplying with Trump executive orders and targeting transgender people must not be given free passes to do so by blue states.
