This has been my experience! On the dark side of this: it also means be careful drawing things you DON'T like, because while work is work, if you neglect putting out the stuff you like, you may find yourself in the situation of having to overhaul your career & "brand" just to not hate drawing :(
I'm a firm believer that if you draw things that you love to draw, do them well (or work to improve with each drawing so that you eventually will do them well), and share them on the regular, then the work that comes your way will be drawing those things. 1/2
