I love my state. Minnesota has been my home all my life. I wanted to start a new art project: everyday afterwork I’ll be taking photos of the state capitol. Practicing camera skills while also documenting and celebrating my state and those that work to protect its people.

I think everyone needs to come to terms with the fact that no matter what Trump and regime does none of them will ever face consequences for their actions. Trump should never have been allowed to run again after January 6th. The fact that he’s in the White House proves this country has failed.

As a Minnesotan this is a bad faith take. Walz isn’t taking this on the chin but moving through truly uncharted waters. Trump is truly fucking unstable and is more than happy to spill more blood. Don’t be mad that Walz is trying to prevent violence, be mad that Trump wants it.
To make matters worse Tim Waltz has asked the National Guard to prepare to police protestors rather than arrest every ice agent within Minnesota as an accomplice until this thing can be sorted out.
The correct move is to be out there protesting with us, not preparing, against us.
