I feel like all the ND people had a separate class one day and all agreed that you have to do one interesting thing over the weekend in case you're asked about it, study the weekly forecast for inclement weather to talk about even though we can all look it up, and say you're fine when you're not.

Not to get too defensive about it but i do have adhd and when you mentioned washing hands while cooking *frequently* i immediately thought of the dozen or so videos people made like this. And i totally do this too.
