Workers having their intellectual property stolen is bad and they’re suffering and this sucks, but, I agree, I am also so dumbfounded by how many people can’t see they are Michael Scott driving themselves into the lake with AI

Everything about this is bad and highlights how much of the internet is just fraud. But even before I could get into the article, written and reported by two humans, I had to scroll past this slop:

Stephen A. Smith talking about politics the same way he talks about a lot of sports: From the point of view of an over-extended talking head repeating misinterpreted talking points to support a conclusion he derived from his predetermined narrative.

Home plate umpire Adam Hamari has blown two strike calls in three at-bats, both on Roki Sasaki splitters. Dodgers fans woulda crashed out if Blue Jays scored from that.

Terrible at-bat from Teoscar Hernández, granted the 1-1 fastball ate him alive, but out himself in a whole being far too aggressive first pitch.

In honor of the NBA on NBC and basketball's return tonight, the cost for fans to watch every game across all the various channels and streaming platforms is again a topic.

Here's @bomani-jones.bsky.social's take: "Not sure why ppl think seeing EVERY nba game is a birthright."

When you transcribe what Brian Windhorst just said about the Knicks and Giannis Antetokounmpo, you see how this just doesn't really say anything. Meaning is sooo muddled.

Why did Eugenio Suárez go crazy about a called third strike that clipped the zone? Becasue Pitch 2 was called a ball and Pitch 7 was called a strike. Makes no sense if consistency isn't there.
