Pretty wild that even big, successful university presses like Cambridge no longer even have someone doing the most basic typographic stuff. The discrepancy in tracking between these two paragraphs is truly jarring—even some basic parameters in an InDesign paragraph style would fix this

Tip: there are lots of amazing vintage watches made in the DDR (East Germany) that you can snag for super cheap. Most already know Glashütte, I suppose, but Ruhla, Meister Anker are also really great. Got this gorgeous little Ruhla on Etsy for $40 bucks, runs like a charm.
